डरना नहीं चाहिये
ण भाइयव्वं, भीतं खु भया अइंति लहुयं
डरना नहीं चाहिये| भीत के निकट भय शीघ्र आते हैं
संयम और तप
संजमेणं तवसा अप्पाणं भावमाणे विहरइ
संयम और तप से आत्मा को भावित (पवित्र) करता हुआ साधक विहार करता है
दुःख कोई बाँट नही सकता
अस्स दुक्खं ओ न परियाइयति
कोई किसी दूसरे के दुःख को बाँट नहीं सकता
मृत्यु का आगमन
नत्थि कालस्स णागमो
मृत्यु किसी भी समय आ सकती है
परिहास न करें
न यावि पे परिहास कुज्जा
बुद्धिमान को कभी उपहास नहीं करना चाहिये
