मुखरता सत्यवचन का विघाता करती है

छंदं निरोहेण उवेइ मोक्खं
इच्छाओं को रोकने से ही मोक्ष प्राप्त होता है
चार श्रावक
चत्तारि समणोवासगा-अद्दागसमाणे,
पडागसमाणे, ठाणुसमाणे, खरकंटगसमाणे
पडागसमाणे, ठाणुसमाणे, खरकंटगसमाणे
श्रमणोपासक चार प्रकार के होते हैं – दर्पण के समान (स्वच्छ हृदय वाले), पताका के समान (चञ्चल हृदय वाले), स्थाणु के समान (दुराग्रही) और तीक्ष्ण कण्टक के समान (कटुभाषी)
