वे गुनगनन प्रवीना,
अवधू! क्या मागुं गुनहीना?
गाय न जानुं बजाय न जानुं न जानुं सुरभेवा,
रीझ न जानुं रीझाय न जानुं न जानुं पदसेवा.

अवधू! क्या मागुं गुनहीना
अन्धी पीसे, कुत्ता खाये
ए हरंति तं वित्तं, कम्मी कम्मेहिं किच्चति
यथावसर संचित धन को तो अन्य व्यक्ति उड़ा लेते हैं और परिग्रही को अपने पापकर्मों का दुष्फल स्वयं भोगना पड़ता है
अनिदानता
सव्वत्थ भगवया अनियाणया पसत्था
भगवान ने सर्वत्र अनिदानता (निष्कामता) की प्रशंसा की है
मुक्त कौन है ?
विमुत्ता हु ते जणा, जे जणा पारगामिणो
जो जन (कामनाओं को) पार कर गये हैं, वे सचमुच ही मुक्त हैं
