I want to ask you that if we boil water we kill uncounted creatures of air also .so how we are sure that we are saving creatures.explain me about air jiv .

Water should be filtered, boiled and then cooled. When water is heated once, all the countless Jivas (organisms) in it die, and scientifically its proven that in boiled water, organisms will not be born and so will not die for a certain period according to the season.
In unboiled water every moment countless creatures are born and they die. So if once the water is boiled further violence is avoided. The sin of killing organisms is committed only once if the water is heated; and this avoids the committing of that sin again and again. Of course, we should not cause violence to creatures, but we cannot live without water, so our aim should be to at least minimize our sins.
Also, regarding drinking boiled water during fasts, there are many people who abstain from drinking water (chovihar upvas).
Using water from tap is a sin because many living organisms dwell in it and using such water can cause their killing. You can avoid this by sieving the water before using it.

if all the organisms are killed when we boil water, then why do we drink boiled water when we observe fast. and if drinking water from tap is a sin, how can we abstain from it!!
